SHIPMENTS
For Italy the shipping costs are 10 euros (shipping in 2/3 working days and delivery in 24/48 hours).
For the European Union, shipping costs are 15 euros with international courier DHL. Shipping to Italy and Europe is free on orders over 150.00 €.
For the United States, shipping costs are 30 euros with international DHL courier.
For the rest of the world please contact us before making the purchase by email at this address info@stayconf.it specifying the garment you want to buy and your address, we will contact you as soon as possible providing you with the detailed shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any delays and loss during shipping. The moment the package leaves our company and you have been informed of the tracking number is no longer our responsibility.
MADE
Measurements, materials, photos and descriptions are specified for each product so that your experience is as complete as possible. It is recommended to check the measurements and fit carefully. Leather garments may have small imperfections or marks, due to the craftsmanship and nature of the product, please also appreciate them for this characteristic.
If you want to proceed with the return, you must send an email to the address info@stayconf.it specifying the reason for the return and the item to be returned. The return must take place within 14 days of receiving the product and the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
When we receive the product, if it turns out to be intact, unused or washed and in its original packaging, we will provide a refund of the total as soon as possible, minus the return shipping costs.
CHANGES
It is possible to request the change of size or color within 14 days of delivery.
The shipping costs for returning the product are paid by the customer, while the shipping of the new item is paid by us.
If an item was purchased on sale
Exchange is subject to product availability and is only allowed once per order.
PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON SALE OR PROMOTION
In case of products purchased on sale, promotion or at a discounted price, the Customer may request the exchange within 14 days of delivery, unless the product is available.
In such cases, all shipping costs, including both returning the product and shipping the new replacement item, will be borne in full by the Customer, even in the event of an exchange.
The rights of the Customer in case of defective or non-compliant product remain unchanged.
IMPORTANT: in case you have paid by bank transfer, the refund can only be made in case you can provide bank details on which to make the refund itself.
IMPORTANT: Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been acquired.
